Caldwell County is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), design, and construction services for the Lower Cedar Valley Road Industrial Park Project located near US-321 in Sawmills, NC. The PER will evaluate early site work including demolition, clearing, erosion control, stream crossing infrastructure, grading, and water connection. The project includes potential follow-on design and construction phases contingent on securing Appalachian Regional Commission funding. The selected firm will manage scheduling, cost estimation, permitting, bid preparation, project administration, and final certification.
