Description

UNC Wilmington is seeking design-build firm qualifications for a new parking deck and surface parking to accommodate approximately 500 vehicles in the existing Leutze-Morton parking lot area. The project includes modifications to existing parking lot and roadways for access and egress to/from the new deck. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at UNCW Discovery Hall Room 2097.
