The project generally consists of general site demolition, installation of proposed sidewalk, fencing, railroad crossing, and associated grading and erosion control. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic bids are not permitted for this solicitation; submissions must follow the instructions outlined in the attachments.
