- 9x16 and 8x14 video walls (DVS 3.9 mm), video wall processors, robotic camera package, video switcher (Blackmagic or equivalent), LED/SDI cabling, truss and motor packages for flying walls and PA
- Audio: 32-channel digital console (M32 or equivalent), digital snake (DL32 or equivalent), line array cabinets and subwoofers (EAW Radius or equivalent), small format line array (K-array 400 or equivalent), powered monitor wedges (JBL or equivalent), microphones, podium and choir mics
- Lighting: Moving head wash lights and intelligent spotlights (Chauvet R2 or equivalent), lighting console (Avolites Titan or equivalent), truss, up lighting, power distribution
- Labor: FOH sound engineer, video technician, lighting engineer, load in/out crew, lift rental
- Event Rentals for Convocation:
- 563 60-round tables, 4,500 white resin padded chairs, 282 violet and 281 aqua poly cloth table linens
- Delivery, set-up, breakdown, pick-up, and labor included
- Weight Room Equipment & Services:
- Prequalification for supply and installation of weight room equipment (double half racks, benches, machines, kettlebells, bumpers, bands, medicine balls, sports flooring, etc.)
- Vendors must be authorized suppliers with U.S.-based manufacturing, provide warranties, inspections, and training for coaching staff
- Facility Cleaning & Maintenance IDIQ:
- Pressure washing, stage curtain/textile cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, high bay cleaning, and marquee/signage cleaning across all district locations
- Minimum five years' experience required; compliance with OSHA/EPA and district safety standards
- Notable Requirements:
- Use of specific or equivalent AV/lighting/audio brands (e.g., Blackmagic, EAW, K-array, JBL, Chauvet, Avolites)
- Setup and breakdown must occur within specified event windows
- Vendors must provide all labor, equipment, and support services as detailed
