Description

The Town of Needham is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of the Newman Tot Lot Playground. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package is available from June 11, 2026, at the Public Works Department office or online. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at the Newman School. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 30, 2026, and must include a bid deposit of at least 5% of the bid value. Bids will be publicly opened after the deadline, and the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities.
