This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the replacement of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), Chillers, and Pump Renewal at the Johnson County Northeast Office Building. The project includes all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and other necessary items to fully complete the work. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held, and bids must be submitted electronically via IonWave. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond and no bid may be withdrawn within 60 days of the bid opening.
