This tender is for the rehabilitation of Structure STCL0003 located on Lambton Line over the Sydenham River, west of East River Road, north of Wallaceburg in St. Clair Township. The work includes concrete patch repairs to the deck top and barrier walls, replacement of existing expansion joint seals, deck drain modifications, waterproofing and paving the deck top, provisional concrete patch repairs to girders, diaphragms and barrier walls, regrading approaches, and site restoration. Contractors are responsible for familiarizing themselves with existing site conditions, and the Township will not cover extra costs from failure to investigate the site.
