Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is seeking to establish a pool of approved vendors to supply, rent, and service a comprehensive range of performing arts equipment and supplies for its Fine Arts departments across 47 campuses. - Government Buyer: - Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD), Texas - Products and Equipment Requested: - Theatrical equipment: costumes, curtains, cycloramas, draperies, portable dance floors, orchestra lifts, lighting systems, makeup, props, sound effect equipment, stage hardware, lobby flow control, stage rigging, turnstiles - Musical instruments and accessories: accordions, guitars, amplifiers, band and choral risers, band instruments, music cabinets, electronic instruments (organs, synthesizers), metronomes, music boxes, sheet music, musical supplies, orchestra instruments, organs, pianos, stringed instruments, tower chimes - Sound and audio equipment: electronic sound equipment, music systems and components (amplifiers, mixers, preamplifiers, tuners, turntables), public address systems (portable and stationary), record players, phonographs, digital voice recorders, recording disks and tapes, sound booths, speakers, studio monitors, tape recorders - Services Requested: - Rental and leasing of performing arts equipment, musical instruments, drapery, entertainment equipment, hand tools, sewing/textile machines, venetian blinds/awnings/shades - Repair and maintenance services for musical instruments (woodwind, brass, stringed, pianos, harps), including tuning, regulation, restoration, and warranty on work performed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All repairs and maintenance must comply with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and maintain manufacturer warranty specifications - Vendors must provide documentation, references, and meet insurance and compliance requirements - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, but all work must meet manufacturer standards - The RFP is open on a rolling basis, allowing new vendors to apply throughout the contract term - Awards will be made to multiple vendors for on-call purchases as needs arise - Quantities and part numbers are not specified; purchases will be made as needed throughout the contract period

Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is issuing a recurring or rolling Request for Proposal (RFP) for companies interested in providing equipment, rental/leasing services, accessories, supplies, and associated services for the district's Performing Fine Arts departments. The solicitation covers a broad scope including theatrical equipment, musical instruments, and miscellaneous performing arts equipment and services. The RFP allows for ongoing submissions until approximately July 12, 2029, with awards effective through November 13, 2029, including automatic annual renewals unless notice is given not to renew.
