Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for school safety products and services on a recurring basis through Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023-103-9. The procurement includes products to enhance building and facility hardness, school safety-related technology and services, training services and resources, and other products and services to improve safety in a K-12 educational environment. The RFP is a rolling proposal with evaluations and awards made throughout the term, effective from the date of award through July 20, 2027. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the close date of August 17, 2026, with the last date to respond for award consideration being March 22, 2027.
