The Town of Normal Public Works Department is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Phase 1 CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation project. The work includes installing approximately 27,992 lineal feet of cured-in-place-pipe in various sizes of sanitary sewers, sewer point repairs, sewer lateral point repairs, rehabilitation of approximately 21 sewer laterals, rehabilitation of 11 sanitary manholes, pre- and post-rehabilitation inspections, bypassing of flows, service reinstatements, and site restoration. Bids must be submitted by July 9, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2026. Prevailing wage is required for all contractors and subcontractors, and the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
