Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking vendors for a Job Order Contracting (JOC) agreement to provide concrete patching, paving, and curb repair services across approximately 80 district facilities. - Scope covers recurring, as-needed work with indefinite delivery times, types, and quantities - Turnkey pricing required: all bids must include mobilization, materials, labor, shipping, and handling - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to all qualified providers - Product line items include: - Removal and disposal of various thicknesses of concrete (4"–8"), priced per square foot - Installation of new concrete sidewalks and pavement (4"–8" thick, 3000 psi), priced per square foot - Barrier-free ramps, curbs, gutters, playground curbing, and saw cutting - Playground sand, concrete sand, TX DOT flex base, unclassified excavation, sod installation, debris removal, paver work, and joint fillers - Service line items include: - Hourly rates for journeyman concrete repairmen and helpers (regular and overtime) - Hourly rates for other related services (including after-hours) - Notable requirements: - Comprehensive insurance coverage (general liability, auto, workers comp, professional liability, cyber/data breach, sexual misconduct, crime, umbrella/excess liability) - LISD must be named as additional insured; waiver of subrogation required - Compliance with ACI standards and Texas Accessibility requirements - Indemnification and hold harmless provisions for LISD - Vendors must provide catalog pricing and list any deviations from specifications - Contract term is approximately 1 year and 8 months, with two optional one-year renewals - Multiple or single awards possible, based on best value - Vendors who previously responded to CSP #3212-24 renewal are considered compliant and need not resubmit - All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond and must submit all required documentation
