The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Goodluck India Limited and Tube Products of India, Ltd. made sales of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.
