Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China during the period of review from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. The review covers subsidy rates for specific companies and intends to rescind the review in part for companies without reviewable entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results and the intent to rescind the review in part.
