Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to provide high-quality promotional items and materials that support the College’s branding, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach efforts. The RFP aims to establish a uniform, transparent, and brand-compliant process for selecting and purchasing promotional marketing items to strengthen brand consistency, product quality, and visibility. The contract(s) will be awarded to one or more qualified vendors for the purchase of small- and large-run custom graphic promotional items used Collegewide by departments, student groups, and affiliated organizations. Orders will be placed as needed and delivered directly to the requesting College department or group.
