Saskatoon Public Schools on behalf of multiple school divisions is requesting quotations for the provision of Natural Gas. Respondents may submit quotations for Natural Gas supply at either or both a fixed price or an index-based floating rate delivered via the TransGas Energy Pool (TEP). The purpose is to select a supplier, specify pricing and terms, finalize contract dates including option years, and specify governing terms and conditions. Each school division may enter into individual contracts with terms up to 5 years with annual option years, and all divisions have the right to revert to Sask Energy's fixed rate with 30 days' notice.
