Description

This project involves construction along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. The work includes excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, including resolution of punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is between $7,000,000 and $9,000,000.
