Description
Ontario County is soliciting proposals for a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment for the SPRING Building at Finger Lakes Community College. The project includes sampling, testing, and interpretation of environmental hazards such as asbestos, lead, PCB, petroleum, solvents, and other hazardous materials. The scope covers hazardous building materials survey, laboratory testing, interpretation and recommendations, and additional services. Proposals must be submitted electronically or in sealed hard copy by July 10, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 18, 2026.
