Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC is the only one awardee capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. A Delivery Order will be issued under the terms and conditions of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract SPE2D1-18-D-0006.
DLA has negotiated fair and reasonable prices and determined the prices awarded under contract SPE2D1-18-D-0006 to be fair and reasonable; thus, a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing is not required. The Contracting Officer has conducted a price evaluation to ensure that the quoted prices are equal to or less than the contract price.
