The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking firms to respond to a Request for Proposals for expert professional logistics planning, rail planning, and project management services for PATH from 2026 through 2030. The contract may be funded in whole or in part by the Federal Railroad Administration. A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2026.
