The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking to enter a one-year contract to procure Optometry Services for Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Blvd, Queens Village, NY 11427. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
