The cafeteria space includes an existing food service cafeteria of approximately 5,960 square feet, an exclusive dining area of approximately 7,578 square feet, totaling about 13,623 square feet. The State seeks a qualified food service provider to offer healthy, fresh, nutritious food options and excellent customer service, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, grab-n-go, online ordering, catering, and events. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted during daily operations. The awarded bidder must maintain high customer service levels and prioritize satisfaction with food quality, pricing, menu, and catering services.
