The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to provide programming and design services for the construction of a new 100,000 square foot health sciences building on the main campus and the remodel of the 3rd floor of the Taylor Health Sciences Building. This remodel will accommodate the University of Utah School of Medicine St George Cohort of 30 medical students. The construction budget for this project is $72,000,000.
