Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified respondents to provide career transition (outplacement) services to the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) to support employees impacted by organizational changes. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis and must support a range of employee groups, including executive leadership, people leaders, leadership, and individual contributors. The provider(s) should deliver flexible, responsive, and high-quality personalized support that aligns with AER's approach to employee transitions and overall employee experience. Services may be required both virtually and on-site across locations within Alberta, and respondents must demonstrate the ability to support both individual employee transitions and larger-scale organizational change initiatives, including the capacity to respond to time-sensitive service requests.
