Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for fencing materials and products with related services to establish a procurement solution for its Participating Entities, including various governmental, educational, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies in the United States and Canada. The solicitation includes perimeter fencing, concrete/masonry, safety and environmental protection, security fencing, ballistic-rated fencing, crash-rated fencing, noise reduction fencing, and temporary solutions such as portable fencing and privacy panels. The procurement aims to establish regional and/or national contract solutions under the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA) for use by members across Canada.
