Description

The City of Powell River is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a financial analysis and update the City's existing Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw, prepare associated reporting, and draft a new Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) Bylaw in accordance with applicable Provincial legislation and regulations. The project is expected to be completed by December 2027, with work continuing during the municipal election period in Q3 and Q4 2026, but without public or stakeholder engagement during that time. The maximum budget for this work is $175,000 plus GST, and proposals exceeding this amount will be eliminated from the competition.
