Description

The Department for Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) requires a Senior Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist (ATIP) under the Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) arrangement to support processing a large and complex Access to Information (ATI) request of approximately 40,222 pages. The contractor will plan, review, consult, process, and release records in compliance with the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act, coordinating internal and external consultations and interim releases. This work responds to a complaint/order from the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada and must be completed by August 1, 2028. The contractor will also develop a project plan with milestones, support WAGE’s ATIP obligations, and provide lessons learned documentation related to managing voluminous ATI requests within small institutions.
