The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to provide operation and maintenance services for potable water systems, including drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and disposal, and fire systems in Gatineau Park and Quebec Urban Lands. The contract duration is 64 months starting from October 1, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and proposals will be evaluated based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
