General Requirements include MIL-STD Packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV Reporting. This RFQ is for REPAIR. The award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN before responding. Quotes must be for a firm-fixed (FFP), not-to-exceed (NTE), or estimated (EST) price for the REPAIR of the item(s). Quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will NOT be accepted. The quoted price MUST be for the REPAIR. Must adhere to IUID requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003. The awardee must be an authorized repair source. The contract will not be delayed for authorization. Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 82 DAYS after receipt of asset. RTAT is measured from asset return to acceptance, with specific definitions provided. Freight is handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV as per NAVSUPWSSFA24 or NAVSUPWSSFA25. Contractor must provide throughput constraints for each NSN. Total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery: ____/month. Induction Expiration Date: 365 days after contract award. Assets received after this date are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. Important Note on Price Reduction: Assets not meeting RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit/month late, unless delay is excusable. The contractor must specify the reduction amount. Quote must include justification details: repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, capacity constraints, T&E fee/price, award to CAGE, inspection & acceptance CAGE, facility/subcontractor CAGE, cost breakdown, quote expiration, delivery vehicle. Scope This contract contains requirements for repair and quality standards for the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB. Applicable Documents The listed documents form part of this contract, including modifications. They must be obtained by the contractor. Requirements Items must meet operational and functional requirements as per the Cage Code(s) and reference number(s). All repair work shall follow the contractor’s standards, manuals, and directives, including drawings and technical orders.
