This opportunity is for Base Life Support (BLS) services in support of the U.S. Army's Palawan Warrior 2026 exercise in Brunei. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), 0413 AQ HQ CONTRACT AUG office - Products and Services Requested: - Portable latrines and handwash stations for multiple sites - Ice delivery with coolers, low-noise pedestal fans, and multipurpose tents (with air conditioning, lighting, power, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors) - Waste management: dumpsters and HAZMAT bags with scheduled emptying - Laundry services with daily pick-up/drop-off for large volumes - Material handling equipment: 15k forklifts for specific dates - Hammock rentals (with mosquito nets and mounting structures) for field use - Line haul transportation services (flatbed and lowboy) for containers, vehicles, and equipment between Muara Port and Camp Tutong - Leased vehicles with drivers: 9-passenger vans, 4x4 pickup trucks, box trucks, and 40-passenger buses, all climate controlled and capable of specified travel distances - Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance - Quantities and durations are specified for each item, with most services and equipment required for defined periods in August - All requirements must comply with the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) and operational needs - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified; vendors must provide commercial solutions meeting the described specifications - Notable requirements include climate control for all vehicles, multipurpose tents with integrated safety features, and strict adherence to service schedules

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for BLS of exercise Palawan Warrior  2026 (PW26)

The Period of Performance is 04AUG-26AUG, 2026.

Questions will be due in writing via email by 1300 (HST) on 16 June 2026.

This solicitation will close at 1300 (HST) on 18 June 2026 any quotes submitted after this date will not be considered by the Contracting Office.

Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties.

This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
