Description

The Contractor shall secure and execute paid Out-of-Home (OOH) digital display advertising placements  at three premium locations in Tokyo and Osaka to support Mission Japan's America250 campaign and  programs. Services include securing display venue, advertising placement booking, technical formatting,  content delivery to venue operators, and performance documentation. All work shall align with Mission  Japan priorities and the established America250 campaign strategy, branding, and messaging. Final  approval authority for all public-facing materials remains with the U.S. Government.
