The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Brief Description VAPAHCS is requesting a Base Year plus three (3) Option Year Service Contract for Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures and site training for all equipment to control the release of hazardous energy to meet both VHA Directive and governing NFPA codes and OSHA standards. Requesting labor, materials, equipment, supervision, administrative support required for the development of LOTO procedures for all equipment requiring LOTO procedures for approximately 900 pieces of equipment. See details in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 9/1/2026-8/31/2030 base year plus three option years.
