Human Performance Optimization Services IAW the attached PWS. Services include the following professions:
Certified Strength/Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Physical Therapist - Specialized (PTS), Operational Psychologist (OP), and Training and Travel for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW).
All proposals must adhere to the instructions, conditions, and notices to Offerers located on page 24 of the soliciation document.
