Human Performance Optimization Services for 435th AGOW

This opportunity seeks Human Performance Optimization (HPO) services for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) at Ramstein Air Base and Vilseck Barracks, Germany. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 435th AGOW, 700th Contracting Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; services are personnel-based and require professional credentials - Products/Services Requested: - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS): 2-3 positions per year - Physical Therapists (PT): 2 positions per year - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Resilience and Performance Coach: 1-2 positions per year - Operational Psychologist: 1 position per year (must hold TS/SCI clearance) - Training and Travel support (as needed) - One-time 30-day phase-in period - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All personnel must hold appropriate professional credentials and, where applicable, licensure (e.g., NSCA for CSCS, state licensure for PT and LCSW) - Operational Psychologist must have a current TS/SCI security clearance - Services include both clinical and non-clinical support, workshops, assessments, and reporting - HIPAA compliance and operational flexibility across multiple locations are required - Contract period covers five years with a possible six-month extension - Emphasis on mission readiness, injury prevention, behavioral resilience, and cognitive optimization

Human Performance Optimization Services IAW the attached PWS. Services include the following professions:

Certified Strength/Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Physical Therapist - Specialized (PTS), Operational Psychologist (OP), and Training and Travel for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW).

All proposals must adhere to the instructions, conditions, and notices to Offerers located on page 24 of the soliciation document.
