The Defense Health Agency (DHA), for the U.S. Naval Hospital Naples, is seeking sources for the procurement and ongoing support of two Ortho Clinical Diagnostics VITROS 5600 chemistry analyzers and a comprehensive suite of associated reagents, consumables, and services. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA) - U.S. Naval Hospital Naples - OEMs and Vendors: - Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (primary OEM for VITROS 5600 analyzers and most reagents/consumables) - Thermo Fisher Scientific (Thermo Scientific MAS quality control materials) - Products/Services Requested: - Two VITROS 5600 chemistry analyzers - Extensive list of reagents and consumables (e.g., glucose, BUN, creatinine, uric acid, bilirubin, cholesterol, electrolytes, calibrators, performance verifiers, maintenance packs) - Each with specified part numbers and quantities (e.g., 48 units of glucose reagent, part #1707801) - Thermo Scientific MAS quality control and calibration materials (multiple catalog numbers) - Full-risk maintenance contract for both analyzers, including application support, all product testing, and annual on-site training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - IDIQ contract structure with firm fixed price - All equipment, reagents, consumables, service, training, and shipping included - Detailed technical and operational requirements for analyzers and support - Annual on-site training and comprehensive application support - Contract period includes a base year plus four 12-month option years and an additional 6-month option
