PSC Code: W099 NAICS Code: 532490 Description: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in Indonesia across multiple locations during FY26 under the established Indonesia Material Handling Equipment BPAs. Proposed BPA Orders include, but not limited to, Baturaja MHE. Performance for the first contract action is templated to start as early as August 2026. Specific services for this Material Handling Equipment contract include, but are not limited to, hydraulic excavator, vibe roller, water distributor, D7 Dozer, backhoe loader, scoop loader, motorized grader, dump truck, skid steer, bulk trash removal, excavator on barge, forklift, crane, floating 16-ton crane, and boom truck. BPA Orders will be competed IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA. All responsible sources solicited IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
