The 37th Training Support Squadron (37 TRSS) Combat Weapons Flight at JBSA Lackland, TX is seeking bulk laundry services for both lead-contaminated and clean clothing items. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 37th Training Support Squadron (37 TRSS), Combat Weapons Flight - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Bulk laundry services including pick-up, cleaning, sanitizing, packaging, and delivery - Laundry items include: - OCP Coats (10) - OCP Pants (10) - Brown T-Shirts (20) - Overalls (5) - Civilian Shirts (10) - Civilian Pants (10) - Civilian Jackets (5) - Contractor must provide personnel, equipment, transportation, and two large laundry bins - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with CDC, OSHA, and healthcare laundry standards - Packaging and finishing details specified (folded, bundled, shrink-wrapped) - Lead-contaminated laundry must be handled and processed separately - Delivery to Building 930, twice weekly - Quality control, discrepancy resolution, and monthly reporting of processed laundry weights required

Description

The JBSA-Lackland Contracting Squadron, 502 CONS/JBKAB, anticipates the acquisition of Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services at Joint Base San Antonio, TX – Lackland  and is conducting a market survey seeking information on the availability of capable contractors to provide the aforementioned services. The Contractor shall provide the facility, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles for laundry and dry cleaning services to include pickup and delivery from Contractor’s Facility to locations at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland as defined in this Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
