The U.S. Coast Guard Office of Subsurface Capabilities (CG-7212) is seeking contractor services to modernize and expand its Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting Military Diving Operations, Diver Life Support Equipment, and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Maintenance. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Office of Subsurface Capabilities (CG-7212) - OEM Highlight: - Microsoft is the primary OEM, as all solutions are based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse) - Services Requested: - Migration of legacy databases and spreadsheets into Microsoft Dataverse - Expansion and optimization of existing Power Apps for the Diving Program - Development of Power Pages portals for user access - Building and optimizing Power BI dashboards for data visualization and reporting - Ensuring mobile optimization for iOS devices - Subject matter expert (SME) support with advanced knowledge in Naval Maintenance Reference Cards, Diver Life Support Equipment lifecycle management, ROV maintenance, and Coast Guard-specific maintenance workflows - Delivery of remote and on-demand training for Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse - Creation of job aids, tutorials, and refresher training sessions tailored for iOS device users - Unique/Notable Requirements: - SMEs must have experience with military diving operations and related equipment - Training must be accessible remotely and on-demand, with materials suitable for geographically dispersed users - All deliverables include updated apps, migrated datasets, dashboards, and comprehensive training materials

Description

CG‑7212 seeks contractor support to continue modernization and migration efforts, expand the capability of existing Power Platform solutions, enhance data reliability, and provide rapid technical support and training to personnel across geographically dispersed units. The contractor will provide subject matter expertise (SME) in all things Power Platform and preferred experience in Military Diving Operations, Diver’s Life Support Equipment and Remotely Operated Vehicle Maintenance.
