Description

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the simplified procedures outlined in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-1.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA062 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Quotes are due at the date and time listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Quotes shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to cade.s.zelinsky@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least 90 days  from the due date.

The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through  Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This  solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside, and the associated North  American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 115112 - Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, and the business size standard is $9.5 Million.

Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for commercial vegetative management and aerial (helicopter) herbicide application services at the Wilson Lake Project in Sylvan Grove, KS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials to aerially spot-spray up to 450 acres of invasive Phragmites sp. across  approximately 50 miles of shoreline. Required materials include contractor-furnished, aquaticlabeled Imazapyr and Methylated Seed Oil (MSO). The anticipated Period of Performance is 10  July through 15 October
