Description

This new requirement is for a five year contract (Base Year and Four Option Years) for the annual inspection, testing, and certification of 100 backflow preventers and cross‑connection devices located at Spokane VA Medical Center at 4815 N. Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. 

The Contractor shall also provide repairs for up to 20 backflow preventers, if deficiencies are identified during testing.
