Synopsis/Solicitation Notice This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Details The request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-26-Q-0322. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The PSC is 5340. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), in accordance with Government Specifications below. Contract Line-Item Structure CLIN 0001: Pressure Compensator Mounting Bracket Quantity: 1 Delivery Information Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI. The Government’s desired delivery date is December 7, 2026 or sooner. Vendors should list their delivery timeline in the quote. Quotes should include a validity date of no less than 60 days from the due date for receipt of offers. Offerors shall include shipping costs in the unit price for each line. A separate line for shipping will not be provided. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Offerors shall include with their submissions: Price, payment terms, and delivery terms Offeror Point of Contact (including phone number and email address) Offeror CAGE Code Offeror SAM UEI The Government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the responsible offeror with the lowest price that is also technically acceptable. To be technically acceptable, the offeror must quote the required item in the required quantities and meet the Government’s minimum specifications. Detailed specifications for each CLIN must be submitted with the quote for evaluation. All attachments to this RFQ must be complied with as specified. The Government will consider past performance information on the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Negative information in SPRS may render a quote technically unacceptable. Certain attachments include requirements for past performance and/or plan submissions. The Government will provide drawings listed in the Attachments section upon request and certification of eligibility. These drawings include dimensional specifications and required certifications. This requirement involves drawings designated as Distribution D and export controlled. To access these documents, the Offeror must possess a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Requests for drawings must come from the JCP Custodian; they will not be provided to other contacts. Additionally, only Offerors with a NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment score of no more than three years old will be eligible to receive the drawings. Requests should include the RFQ number, company name, and CAGE code, and be sent via email to maria.d.diazsotomayor.civ@us.navy.mil. Payment methods: If no surcharge applies, the preferred method is via credit card. Offerors should confirm if the Government Purchase Card is acceptable and note any additional charges.
