Description
BACKGROUND
The United States Secret Service (USSS) Technical Security Division (TSD) provides unique and specialized security measures in support of the agency’s protective mission.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide and outfit six (6) special purpose protective equipment delivery vehicles. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to seek information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the specifications described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
CAPABILITY STATEMENTS
Capability statements should provide a clear and concise understanding that your company has the ability to fulfill the USSS requirement outlined in the attached SOW.
Any capability statements that are unclear or broad/generalized in nature, or that the agency is unable to adequately determine that your company is able to fulfill this requirement, will not be considered.
Please do not provide proprietary information in your response. Formatting must be in either Word or PDF.
Your capability statement is limited to two (2) pages and should include the following, at minimum:
Company name, address, name of contact for follow-up questions, email, phone number, and SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI). If your company holds any existing Federal Supply Schedule contract(s), or other contracts that USSS can utilize to fulfill this request, please include this information and applicable contract #. Identify prior experience completing projects similar in nature to the fabrication requirement outlined in the attached SOW. This should include the customer/agency, dollar value of project, description of project, and any applicable pictures of construction, assembly, or finished product of such projects.
RESPONSES
No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be utilized for market research purposes, and a determination of sources within the industry that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the specifications described in the attached Statement of Work. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary.
