Description

This opportunity is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers. Program Manager, Ground Based Air Defense has a requirement for sustainment of the Improved Moving Target Simulator (IMTS), the Stinger Training System (STS), the MADIS Desktop Trainer (MDT), and the MADIS Virtual Trainer (MVT). Sustainment of the IMTS, STS, MDT, and MVT includes obsolescence management and purchase of replacement parts. On-site support for the IMTS and MVT is required to facilitate training events as well as ensure operational availability. The Government is releasing a Request for Proposal for a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price/Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee/Cost contract, with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services. The Product Support Code is L069, Technical Representative Services- Training Aids and Devices. This procurement is a FAR 16.507-2 fair opportunity competition and is solicited as a SDVOSB set aside for SeaPort NxG MAC holders. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements will be set forth in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government. The System Specification, CDRLs, and other attachments are considered CUI and can be requested via the PIEE Solicitation Module at piee.eb.mil. The requests of all foreign parties will be required to go through the foreign disclosure process for release authorization.
