This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive Transportation Maintenance and Operations Services for the U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune/New River Complex Motor Transport Division. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps - Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune/New River Complex - Motor Transport Division, G-4 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; the government provides a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment for contractor support. - Products/Services Requested: - Transportation Maintenance and Operations Services, including: - Managerial, administrative, and supervisory support - Vehicle dispatching and operator services - Wrecker service - Preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance (diagnostics and repairs) - Vehicle escort and washing - Roadside assistance - Service inspections - Licensing services (training, testing, permit issuance) - Support for a government-owned fleet of approximately 444 vehicles, including buses (24-44 passenger), trucks (pickup, stake, tractor, van), trailers (semi, tank, flatbed, refrigerator), forklifts, sedans, SUVs, and specialty vehicles - Staffing requirement: approximately 50,328 annual man-hours - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Key personnel must include a qualified Contract Manager - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, and management for the services - Services must cover both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as roadside assistance and vehicle detailing - Contractor will not supply vehicles; all vehicles are government-furnished - Active SAM registration and NAICS 561210 (Facility Support Services) required - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with three 12-month option periods (total potential duration: four years) - Includes a 14-day transition period at contract start

Description

 MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department seeks qualified vendors to provide non-personal support services for to e manage and operate Transportation Maintenance and Operations Services. Services required under this Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall include managerial, administrative, and supervisory services to accomplish all maintenance and operations requirements. Duties include dispatching, vehicle operators, wrecker service, vehicle maintenance (diagnostics and repairs), vehicle escort, vehicle washing, roadside assistance, service inspections, and licensing services which includes training, testing, and permit issuance.

This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought only. There is no solicitation available at this time. The RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The intended contract shall be for a one (1) year base period and four  (4) Option periods. The submission of information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. Draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.

The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210– Facility support Services, business size standard of $47.0 million in average annual receipts.
