It’s anticipated that this will be a full and open competition for brand name items. Subject requirement will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

The Government intends to award a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The basis for award is anticipated to use the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the solicitation. The version of the solicitation made available on SAM.gov shall include all documents of the solicitation package. Hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued.
