OMNA is the preferred vendor with its extensive knowledge of military experience with over 20 years working and partnering with wildland fire organizations. OMNA has a unique skill of translating military history to today's wildfire leadership and organizational needs. This translation is key to our training needs. The request is for Antietam Battlefield Staff Ride to accommodate 100-150 people with a minimum of 6 different conference groups. Vendor must provide travel, lodging, and per diem.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
