The Florida Department of Education (DOE) is seeking qualified vendors to conduct an independent review of the coordinated screening and progress monitoring system for grades Pre-K through 10 in English Language Arts (ELA) and Pre-K through grade 8 in Mathematics. The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to select the most qualified vendors for procurement and review services related to this screening and monitoring system.
