Description

The project aims to replace the existing ECAT facility, which has suffered flooding damage during emergency events, including Hurricane Sally in 2020. The new facility will be energy-efficient, resilient, located outside the flood zone, and designed to meet Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area (EHPA) standards, capable of functioning as an emergency shelter.
