Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from licensed contractors for the repair and rehabilitation of three drainage culvert sites using the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method. - Government Buyer: - Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners (Procurement Office) - Project Scope: - Repair and rehabilitation of three drainage culvert sites: - Blue Barnes Road: 72" elliptical corrugated metal pipe, 120 feet total (two runs of 60 feet each) - 8681 Laredo Street: 36" elliptical corrugated metal pipe, 160 feet (single run) - Munson Highway: 42" round corrugated metal pipe, 120 feet total (two runs of 60 feet each) - All work must use Master liner Cured-in-Place Pipe Systems or an approved equivalent - Cementitious or slip lining alternatives are not acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - CIPP liner installation for each site - Pre-installation cleaning and video inspection - Site restoration (lawns, landscaping, roadways) - Debris disposal - Traffic management (lane closures, coordination with homeowners and utility owners) - Post-installation video inspection - 1-year warranty on all work - Unique Requirements: - Contractors must coordinate with homeowners and utility owners - Traffic control and lane closures required - All debris must be properly disposed - Bids must be submitted for each location and as a total base bid; county may award all, some, or none of the projects - Encouragement of participation from small, minority/women-owned, and disadvantaged businesses - OEM Highlight: - Master liner Cured-in-Place Pipe Systems (or approved equivalent) is required for all CIPP work

Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from properly licensed contractors for the repair and rehabilitation of three drainage culvert sites throughout Santa Rosa County using the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining repair method. The project includes work at Blue Barnes Road, 8681 Laredo Street, and Munson Highway, involving cleaning, video inspection, installation of CIPP liners, and site restoration. Bids are to be submitted individually for each location and as a total base bid, with the county reserving the right to award all, some, or none of the projects. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 5, 2025, and proposals are due by March 21, 2025.
