Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure Family Assistance Program (FAP) services in Alcona and Iosco Counties. The services include modeling and demonstrations to families in areas such as child nurturing, home management, nutrition, transportation, support attending hearings and medical appointments, and support utilizing community resources and Infant Safe Sleep practices.
