This notice announces the intent of the 354th Contracting Squadron at Eielson AFB to award a sole source lease to Alascom, Inc. for land and facility space at two unmanned seismic detection sites (Pedro Dome and Beaver Creek Array) operated by AT&T Alascom Inc. - The lease covers: - 1,200 sq. ft. fenced-in concrete pad at Pedro Dome for a government radio tower and communications facility - 20 sq. ft. indoor equipment space at Beaver Creek within the main facility building - 24/7 unescorted access for government personnel at both sites - Continuous commercial electrical power at Beaver Creek with backup generator support (98% monthly availability, generator activation within 1 hour of outage) - Environmental compliance (moisture-free, OSHA compliant, contractor responsible for damage due to negligence) - Service interruption reporting (notification within 4 hours, status updates every 24 hours, root cause analysis for outages over 24 hours) - The contract includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods - NAICS code: 531120 (Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings, except Miniwarehouses) - PSC: X1BG (Lease/Rental of Electronic and Communications Facilities) - This is a sole source action, but interested parties may submit capability statements if they can meet the requirements - No specific products, part numbers, or quantities are listed; the opportunity is for facility and service lease

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.

This is an Intent to sole source to Alascom, Inc.; please see attachment for related SOW.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses), with a large business size standard of $34,000,000. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is X1BG Lease/Rental of Electronic and Communications Facilities. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 19 June 2026 at 12:00 A.M.  Alaska Time. 

All documents submitted will not be returned.
