Bartow County Government is soliciting sealed Statements of Proposals for planning and engineering design services related to the Cartersville Bartow Metropolitan Planning Organization FY 2055 Metropolitan Transportation Plan update. The purpose of this RFP is to select qualified consultants to provide professional services to assist with specific tasks related to the update of the community Metropolitan Transportation Plan as prescribed by federal law.
